French bun with cheese

Gouges, like eclairs, are often baked in the form of small balls, but, depending on the purposes pursued, you can vary the size of the bun at your own discretion, only the fact that the cooking time increases along with the size increases.

Ingredients:

Preparation

While the oven reaches a temperature of 190 degrees, place a saucepan with water and pieces of butter on the stove. When the oil cubes completely melt, add water and pour in the flour previously passed through the sieve. Quickly knead the dough, making sure that it does not get lumps, then hold it on the fire for another half-minute and lightly cool it. Constantly whipping the dough with a blender, start to enter into it one egg at a time, until complete blending. After driving all the eggs, pour grated cheese and greens. Divide the dough into equal portions using a spoon for ice cream and place each received ball on a sheet of parchment. Bake French cheese rolls about half an hour, and then serve, in the company of a glass of wine.

French cheese roll with mustard

Taking as a basis the favorite recipe for a custard batter, you can change the taste of French rolls. Want to get spicy buns, ideally suited to Chardonnay, then add the dough with mustard powder and cheese with a pronounced taste, like gruyer.

Preparation

Combine the sifted flour with the dry mustard powder. Put a saucepan on the stove with milk and butter, wait for the latter to melt, and then pour in the flour and mix. Remove the base of the dough for French buns from the fire, lightly cool and start driving the eggs, while actively working the mass with a whisk. Add the finished dough with grated cheese and thyme leaves. Lay off the future buns on a sheet of parchment with a syringe, and then put the baking sheet in a preheated oven for 215 degrees for 12 minutes. After a while, lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake it still 15-17 minutes.

Finished gushers should be served warmly on their own, and you can fill each bun with a salty cream or any other not sweet stuffing, and serve as a canapé.
