After that, we extract, lay out yogurt in it and leave under a room conditions over a bowl for about twelve hours.

Prepare also properly a cucumber. Rinse it and if the skins hard will get rid of them. Then cut the fruit in half, clean the middle with the seeds, and grind the remaining flesh in medium or large grater, add salt to the shavings, mix and leave for three hours.

Now we squeeze the cucumber from the juice, shift the hard component to thick yoghurt, add sour cream, peeled and squeezed garlic chives, dried greens of dill and parsley, pour in lemon juice. We add the sauce to taste, mix it and leave it for a couple of hours to brew.

Some of the sauce recipes are supplemented with extra virgin olive oil and suggest the use of more garlic. If desired, you can experiment with the taste of the sauce, changing the proportions and adding other components.
