Fruit of mango and avocado cut in half along and remove the bones. The avocado pulp is separated from the skin. Cut small pieces of avocado and mango pulp. Garlic with red pepper and salt is ground in a mortar. Peeled onions and cilantro chopped finely. All the mix and bring the blender to the uniformity (for this you can use a meat grinder). Add the juice of lime and vegetable oil. We mix it. The sauce is ready, you can store it in a clean, small, closed container in the refrigerator.

Of course, the composition and proportions of ingredients in salsa can vary quite widely. This is especially true for peppers - there are many known varieties of chili peppers (the severity index can vary widely enough). All varieties have different tastes, so add the pepper carefully, taking into account individual preferences. However, do not be afraid, the sour ingredient (vinegar or lime juice) will balance the taste. It should also be noted that hot pepper is very useful for the prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system, but not particularly useful in gastrointestinal complications.

Come to the matter creatively. Well, of course, not excessive, for example, you can say for sure that in Latin American sauces, unlike Asian ones, honey and sugar are usually not added (except reed and in small amounts).

Salsa on a mango basis is served well with a variety of traditional Mexican dishes (all sorts of boritos, tacos, enchilades, etc.), with meat and fish snacks, with beans, rice, polenta, potatoes and rice. The dish can be filled with sauce immediately or served salsa in a separate bowl.
