Recently, the popularity of dishes of other nations of the world is gaining momentum, and some of them have already been adapted to our taste preferences. One of those is egg rolls, which Korean cuisine shared with us. Variations of such a dish in our recipes are below.

To cook the egg rolls in Korean, break the egg of chicken into a bowl, whisk a little bit with a fork, add the soy sauce and wasabi to taste and mix well. Pour the resulting egg mixture into a heated non-stick or oiled ordinary frying pan and fry like a traditional omelet. On readiness, we lay out carefully the egg "pancake" on a bamboo mat for rolls, and from above distribute the pre-cooked rice ready to cook. From above, we knead the workpiece with pieces of soft cheese and thin slices of fresh cucumber. Fold the product into a roll, cut it into fragments, spread it on a plate and serve, adding seafood and greens.

Initially, make a dough for egg rolls. Eggs are mixed with flour, add four tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little salt and beat it lightly with a halo. Now we oil the frying pan and bake four egg pancakes from the resulting mixture. Chicken thigh must be boiled in advance until ready, adding spices to the water to taste, and then to separate the flesh from the bones and cut into small pieces. Grind also fresh greens and walnuts in crumbs, and the garlic teeth are cleaned and shredded as small as possible.

Each pancake is smeared with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, sprinkled with garlic, nuts and greens, and distribute evenly the chicken. Fold pancakes with a mat in the rolls, cut them into fragments, put on a plate and can serve.

Egg rolls can be prepared with any other filling to your taste and serve them for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
