To do this, from the lemon squeeze out the juice, three on the melon grater root of ginger, add the vegetable oil, honey and balsamic vinegar. Washed and dried carcass rubbed with salt and smeared with the marinade obtained. Leave at least an hour for 3, and maybe more. Apples cut quarters or in half and put them inside the bird. Buckwheat washed, and then put in a pan, pour water in a proportion of 1: 2 and on a strong fire cook until the moment the liquid evaporates. Cover at the same time do not need to cover. Groats should go out a little undercooked. Mix it with mushrooms and onions. We carouse the duck, rub it with salt and pepper both outside and inside. We stuff a bird with buckwheat and mushrooms. We put it on a baking sheet covered with foil. If honey is very thick, melt it in a water bath, then pour in soy sauce and mix well.
