Layered salad with squid
An airy and juicy salad for seafood lovers resembles a sea foam, both with its lightness and characteristic salty.
Ingredients:
- squid canned - 200 g
- crab sticks - 200 g;
- egg - 4 pieces;
- sea kale - 200 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- red caviar for decoration.
Preparation
Chicken eggs boiled and chopped into cubes together with crab sticks. Squid boil in boiling water for 30-40 seconds. We begin to form our salad: lay a layer of sea cabbage on the bottom of the salad bowl and cover it well with a mixture of mayonnaise and crushed garlic, the next layer - boiled squid rings and again garlic dressing, and then - crab sticks and egg, and again a serving of mayonnaise. We alternate layers of our ingredients, cover the top with a final layer of garlic mayonnaise and sprinkle with red caviar. We put the salad in the fridge for 1 hour, and then we serve it to the table.
Salad with squid and carrots
Ingredients:
- carrots (large) - 1 piece;
- chicory - 1 head;
- squid - 1 carcass.
For refueling:
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- lemon - ½ pcs .;
- flakes of chili - 1 teaspoon;
- oregano - ½ tsp;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Carrots cut into thin ribbons with a vegetable cutter, immerse them in ice water for 30 minutes, and then dry and mix with the leaves of chicory. The washed and peeled squid is cut into thin strips and placed in a marinade from a mixture of olive oil, chili and oregano. Fry the squid in the marinade for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. We combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and fill the dish with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic, add salt and pepper to taste.
Classic salad of squid
Ingredients:
- squid carcasses - 300 g;
- eggs of chicken - 3 pieces;
- rice - 70 g;
- mayonnaise - for refueling.
Preparation
