- PVA glue;

- a piece of foam rubber and a soft brush;
- alcohol or acetone.
Decoupage banks - a master class
When all the necessary items are at your disposal, you can proceed to decoupage the glass jar:
- First, the jars must be degreased, wiping them with a cotton swab dipped in acetone or alcohol.
- Then the outer surface of the jars should be covered with a dense layer of white acrylic paint. Apply the paint first with a brush, and the second layer with a foam rubber. Due to this, acrylic will lie flat. To decouple the cans with paint, cover their covers. Leave the workpieces to dry.
- At this time, carefully peel off the top layer with napkins and cut with scissors decorative elements.
- Then gently take the pattern or ornament with tweezers, apply to the surface of the can and top with a brush moistened with PVA glue, half diluted with water. We decorate jars and their lids. Leave them to dry out.
- After drying, we continue our master class on decoupling cans: we cover the workpieces with a layer of acrylic lacquer. Leave to dry and then varnish again.
- Since the containers are small, it is rational to use such a decoupage of the cans for spices. However, for the sake of completeness, we recommend creating a base for the jars from a cardboard box. We first glue it with white paper, cover it with acrylic paint, and then decorate it with patterns from napkins. At the end of the work we cover with acrylic lacquer.
