As practice shows, in order to make the door-compartment with your own hands, you must first cut the aluminum profiles to the given dimensions. To do this, you should use a special miter saw that will facilitate your work and make the slices neat and smooth. If you do not have such a device, you can use the usual hacksaw for metal. Cut first the vertical and then the horizontal profile. If the profiles are protected with a polyethylene film, then you do not need to remove it: you will avoid scratching the parts. Now you need to drill holes in the vertical profiles-handles. Each profile should have three holes: one at the top for the upper profile, and two at the bottom for the lower profile and securing the wheels. First, drill through holes of smaller diameter, and then reamer only the outer holes for a larger diameter. Filling the door-compartment can be made of glass or mirror. In order to secure our door-compartment, it is necessary to paste a self-adhesive film on the back of the mirror all over its area, which, if a heavy object hits the mirror, will not allow the fragments to scatter in all directions. On the mirror filling, you must first install a sealant made of silicone. We proceed to install horizontal profiles. If the filling is too tightly inserted into the groove of the profile, then it should be stuffed with a kiyanka: one side of the filling cloth is securely fixed, and the second one is applied with a profile, and the top is a wooden block or the edge of the chipboard and begin to hit, filling the profile into the filling. The impacts should not be very strong, so as not to bend the material. For the same reason, you can not knock directly on the profile itself, but you should use a block of wood. In the same way, using a bar and kiyanki, we fill the vertical profile-handle. The next step is to connect the upper horizontal bar to the right vertical handle: we combine the holes and tighten the parts with screws. Before tightening, you need to insert the support wheel. The same operation is done on the other side. We twist the lower horizontal profile with the vertical screws, inserting the lower rollers into the grooves with the adjusting screw.
