In the deep dishes we place cottage cheese, soft butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar and grind until an airy homogeneous mass is formed. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and, gradually pouring on the curd-creamy mass, knead the soft malleable dough. We put the dishes and the dough in the refrigerator for forty minutes. While the dough is cooled, the baking sheet is lined with parchment paper and greased with oil, the oven is heated to 190 degrees.

Now we put small portions of dough into a manual meat grinder and scroll until six to seven centimeters of dough noodles appear from its grate. Cut the dough with a sharp knife, supporting it from below, squeeze it from the side of the cut, giving a goose-paw shape, and spread it on the previously prepared baking sheet. We bake cookies "Goose paws" in a preheated oven for twenty-twenty-five minutes.

Then let it cool down, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Two hours before cooking, put the butter in the freezer. Then rub it on a medium grater and mix it with cottage cheese. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and rub the mass with your fingers until a fine crumb is formed. Now we pour in water, introduce yolks and knead a tight dough. We put it for sixty minutes in the refrigerator. While the dough freezes, lining the baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkle with flour. Then we roll out the pieces with a thin layer, a glass or a cup about seven millimeters in diameter, cut out the circles, each of which is dipped in sugar in one side and rolled in half with sugar inside. Also we act once again. On the resulting triangle on the rounded side, press the dough slightly with a fork, and dipped again in sugar. We put the cookies on the previously prepared baking sheet with the sugar side up and bake in preheated beforehand to 195 degrees oven for twenty minutes or until the beautiful color.
