Cocktail "Boyarsky" was invented quite recently - some 10 years ago in the Republic of Kazantip. Like many other cocktails, it turned out quite by accident: a company of young guys rested and drank vodka. More precisely, by morning they drank it pretty well. And then they asked the bartender to slightly sweeten the drink, after which the barman and dripped some grenadine into the vodka. Then the guys decided to play a trick on one of their friends and dripped a little Tabasco sauce into his glass. And when he had drunk it, he cried: "Boyarsky! A thousand devils! "The cocktail came to taste to other visitors, and it was often ordered by tourists. In the glass we first pour the Grenadine syrup, then with a knife or a bar spoon carefully pour cold vodka. The idea is that the liquids should not mix, it's a layered cocktail. And at the very end we add Tabasco sauce. At the same time, the density of the sauce is higher than that of vodka, but lower than the density of the syrup. Therefore Tabasco sauce will be located in the middle between these two layers. Drink it in one gulp in one gulp.

This cocktail is also called "Bloody Boyarsky", because the grenadine gives it a red color. This is a classic recipe for this cocktail. A little later, replacing the Grenadines with Curacao liqueur, they received a different cocktail - Boyar Blue.
