• obesity;
• any malignant formation, even in the stage of remission.

In all these cases, the use of a drug such as Clexane, as well as other drugs similar to it, can lead to the development of the most serious consequences, including pregnancy fading, the onset of premature birth and even the death of the expectant mother.

How to use Cexan during pregnancy?

This product is only available as a solution for injection. Kleksana injections during pregnancy must be done only subcutaneously, and this almost always happens in a hospital in a medical institution. Injection, as a rule, is performed in the supine position, while simultaneously clamping and holding the fold of the skin in the peritoneum with fingers.

In all cases, the dosage of the drug is prescribed by the doctor. As a rule, in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis, pregnant women are injected with Clexane 1-2 times a day, taking into account the ratio of 1-1.5 mg of active substance per kg of weight of the future mother. Approximately in the same dosage, the administration of this drug is prescribed for unstable angina or myocardial infarction. In these diseases, along with Kleksan, aspirin must be prescribed at a dosage of 100 to 325 mg per day. The course of treatment is usually not less than 2 and not more than 14 days.

In all other situations, the simultaneous use of Kleksan with other medicines is extremely undesirable. In addition, at the time of taking the remedy, it is necessary to stop breastfeeding, if the expectant mother is still feeding her older child with milk.
