  5. "Roll-out". Gently grab the skin between the large and the other fingers of both hands. Moving forward and fingering, move the "wave" from the waist to the neck. Repeat 2 - 3 times on each side of the back, grabbing different areas, then rub your back with palms.
  6. Pats. Slightly relaxed hands, knock with his hands on the entire surface of the back.
