Preparation

We take the chicken, process it, wash it and cut it into small pieces. We put meat in a saucepan, pour wine, add finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and season with spices. All the mix well and leave to marinate for several hours. Then we put the pan with the chicken on the stove, bring it to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours. As a side dish to a chicken with white wine, it is best to serve boiled rice. Chicken breast with grapes in white wine

Ingredients:

Preparation

We take two kinds of grapes, mine and we separate from bones. Chicken breast rubbed with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan or grill on both sides until a crust appears. Inside, the meat can be raw, do not panic, we will still stew it. Onions are cleaned, cut into half rings and fried in vegetable oil. Then add grapes to the onions and chopped lemon with zest, reduce fire and fry all 3 minutes. Carefully take out lemon - he gave all his aroma and juice and we do not need it anymore. We put chicken breasts on top of the grapes and fill it with wine. We give the chicken a little to put out, and the wine to evaporate.

Then cover with a lid and cook the meat until it is ready on medium heat for about 20 minutes. We serve the ready dish hot, of course, with white wine glasses! Chicken, stewed in white wine, is a full-fledged hot dish and does not require the preparation of an additional garnish.

Bon Appetit!
