One of the most popular sauces for pasta is cheese based on processed or hard cheese. How to prepare it in several variations, we will tell further.
Cheese sauce for pasta - recipe for processed cheese
Ingredients:
- cream of medium fat content - 210 ml;
- cream cheese 145 g;
- parsley (herbs) - 2-3 branches;

Milk-cheese sauce for pasta - a simple recipe with hard cheese
Ingredients:
- butter - 35 g;
- cheese hard - 220 g;
- wheat flour - 20 g;
- whole milk - 240 ml;
- black pepper freshly ground - 1 pinch;
- Iodized salt of stone - to taste.
Preparation
Initially, we melted butter in the saucepan and poured flour on it. Pass it in oil to a cream shade, then pour the milk in a thin trickle, whilst continuously whipping the contents of the saucepan. We season the milk mass to taste with pepper, add the hard cheese rubbed on the track and heat it up with continuous stirring until it melts completely. It remains only to taste the sauce and add salt if necessary. Very often such a sauce is also added for the color and taste of a ground sweet paprika.
American cheese sauce for pasta
Ingredients:
- butter - 65 g;
- hard ground cheese - 240 g;
- wheat flour - 65 g;
- whole milk - 125 ml;
- cream - 125 ml;
- mustard dry - ¼ tsp;
- black pepper freshly ground - 1 pinch;
- Iodized salt of stone - to taste.
Preparation
To prepare the American cheese sauce, let's pass the flour in the melted butter, adding a pinch of salt and mustard powder. Pour a thin trickle of milk, and then cream, continuously and intensively whisking the contents of the pan or sauté pan whisk. Cook the sauce with stirring for a couple of minutes, then pour the grated cheese on a grater and stir the mixture until it melts completely. Cheese sauce with bacon for pasta
Ingredients:
