Ingredients:

Preparation

Charlotte with apples and cowberry - a simple recipe
Ingredients:
- sifted wheat flour - 180 g;
- apples sweet and sour - 6 pcs .;
- berries of frozen or fresh cowberry - 250 g;
- sugar - 180 g;
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Preparation
My apples are cleaned and cut into cubes of medium size. If cranberries are fresh, then wash it and dry it. Squirrels are separated from the yolks and whisk them to a thick foam. Add sugar slowly, whilst continuing to beat. Then we introduce yolks, still whipping. Gradually introduce pre-sifted flour and mix the dough. Add cranberries, sliced apples and mix. The form is well smeared with oil and rubbed with a manga. We put the dough on top and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- baking powder - 10 g;

Preparation
