The active substance of Troxevasin is troxerutin, a substance that exerts a curative and preventive effect on the tone and general state of the venous system. Troxerutin has the ability to restore the permeability of capillaries, reduces inflammation and increases the density of blood vessels. Troxevasin is available in the form of a gel and capsules. In the capsules of Troxevasin, in addition to troxerutin, additional substances are included in minimal doses, magnesium stearate and lactose monohydrate.
Application of Troxevasin in capsules
Capsules of troxevasin for oral administration are prescribed, mainly for diagnosed varicose veins and related diseases:
- post-phlebetic syndrome (constant sensation of heaviness in the legs, swelling, pain - all this is caused by insufficient venous blood supply of the limbs);
- trophic complications in varicose veins;
- trophic ulcers;
- postoperative period after removal of varicose veins;
