We connect the egg yolks with small sugar and vanilla. Until homogeneity, break everything with a mixer, add soft butter and whisk until a small increase in volume. We pour out the baking powder, the highest grade flour and mix the dough for the biscuit. For its baking we take a split (preferably round) shape, the bottom of which we cover with parchment. We move the dough here and put everything in a heated oven (200 degrees). Bake the cake for 18 minutes.

Swelled in warm water gelatin, we move it to a metal scoop. Add to it half the sugar intended for the souffle and put everything on a weak fire. Stirring is heated until the sugar is dissolved, and then we put it in a cool.

We connect the soft butter with condensed milk and beat it with a mixer until white color is obtained. To the cooled proteins we add vanilla sugar, lemon juice and the second part of sugar. Again, take the mixer and whisk these ingredients into a lush, snow-white foam. Add the oil cream, followed by gelatin and whisk the whole mass until a homogeneous souffle is obtained.

The cooled cake is divided longitudinally with a sharp, long knife. We put one cake on the bottom of the same shape and uniformly cover it with a 1/2 portion of the souffle. We put the second biscuit, on which we distribute the remaining souffle and send all this beauty for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Chocolate with butter completely melt in a small fire. We remove the ring from the cake, move it to the dish, and then cover the entire surface with a cooled chocolate glaze.

Fresh chicken eggs are ground with the addition of vanillin and small sugar. Then put here a piece of very soft butter, a good wheat flour, connected with a baking powder and manually (kneading butter), knead the dough. We take 1/2 part of it in another container and, mixing it, we connect it with dark cocoa. The resulting dough of different colors is laid out on forms with the same diameter and baked at 185 degrees in the oven, each cake for 20 minutes.

We put the milk on the stove and cook the semolina mash in the usual way. In the cooled manga we twist lemons through a meat grinder. Mix thawed butter with a mixer, adding sugar powder to it. In this oil cream we introduce porridge with lemons and finally whisk everything.

We cut the two cooled down cakes in two and stack them alternately (light-dark) into a mold, promazyvaya each of them with the received cream (the top is not smeared). We expose the cake to the refrigerator for at least two or even three hours. After we remove it from the mold, we cover the top with apple jam, and then cover it with melted black chocolate.
