An allergy to bronchomunal may manifest as a rise in body temperature, itching, skin reddening and rash, edema and other signs of hypersensitivity.

Side effects in the form of disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea) are extremely rare. There is no information about an overdose of the drug.
