This dessert can be safely attributed to retro delicacies. It is a mixture of scraped berries with soaked gelatin, which is then poured into a large shaped baking dish. Such a treat is served to the table and sliced ​​like an ordinary cake.

Before you make berry jelly, you need to prepare sheet gelatin. Gelatin sheets are poured with cold water and left to swell for the time of preparation of berries.

Pour raspberries with 300 ml of water, add sugar and leave to cook for 5 minutes. When the raspberry softens, it is wiped through a sieve, getting rid of the tiniest bones. The resulting puree is combined with lemon juice and the volume of the mixture is adjusted to 600 ml with water. Swollen gelatin is squeezed and added to berry puree on fire. When the gelatin sheets completely dissolve, the mixture is poured into a slightly oiled form.

Berry jelly with gelatin is left in the cold until completely hardened, then the bottom of the mold is immersed in hot water for several seconds, inverted and extracted jelly. Pieces of treats are served with whipped cream .

Distribute the berries between the molds and fill with diluted blueberry jelly. Leave to freeze for half an hour and by analogy, repeat the procedure with the rest of the jelly, gradually layering them on top of each other. After solidifying the last pineapple layer, dessert can be sampled. As a decor, a small amount of whipped cream is ideal.
