Beef in cream sauce with porcini mushrooms
Ingredients:
- beef pulp - 450 g;
- white mushrooms - 300 g;
- onion - 2 pcs .;
- butter - 90 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- cream (35%) - 180 ml;
- greens of dill - 5 g;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation

Beef stewed with mushrooms in creamy sour cream sauce
Ingredients:
- Beef tenderloin - 400 g;
- mushrooms (peches) - 280 g;
- onion - 80-100 g;
- sour cream - 120 ml;
- cream - 120 ml;
- pepper, salt - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 40 ml;
- Butter - 60 g;
- soy sauce - 3 tsp.
