Of all the handicrafts made of napkins, a ballerina made by oneself is the most airy and elegant. Such beauties can decorate a festive table and even a Christmas tree. Nothing is complicated in how to make a ballerina from wire and napkins or plain paper, not. If you decide to try, in our master class we will describe in detail the process of creating a ballerina from napkins.
We will need:
- wire;
- napkins;
- thread;
- fishing line;
- glue.
- The first thing to do is a wire frame. It's very simple: twist the body, legs, hands and head. Make sure that the sharp ends of the wire are hidden.
- Divide the usual white napkins into layers. Leave a few pieces. We will need them in the future.
- Lay the napkins neatly on strips. Cut with scissors is not necessary, we need just torn edges. Then wrap the frame with paper strips, lightly moistening the edges with glue. In the chest and waist area, overlay several layers of paper to make the ballerina body voluminous.
- Fold the napkin diagonally in half, and then bend the two corners to the central fold to get an acute-angled triangle.
- Scissors round the bottom edge of the napkin. This detail will be a dress for our ballerina.
- Then fold up the dress again and twist it so that the hem is textured. Such dresses can be done several times so that the figure turns out to be three-dimensional. If you want, you can use napkins of different colors. Alternating a layer of skirts, you will get an original multi-layered dress with multi-colored flounces.
- Make three holes in the napkin (one for the head and two for the hands) and gently put the dress on the ballerina.
- Now you need to fix the dress on the figure. To do this, take a white thread and wrap it around the ballerina's waist. In the same way, you can simulate straps, twisting the thread from the back in a criss-cross pattern.
- It remains to bend the ballerina leg and raise your hands up so that our dancer stiffens in dance. Crafts, the manufacture of which we spent no more than 15 minutes, ready!
