- Blood hormone levels are monitored on an empty stomach on the 2nd-5th day of the cycle (follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing, prolactin, testosterone, estradiol, thyroid-stimulating free hormone, DGA-S, AT-TPO, AT-TG);
- the blood is examined for cytomegalovirus, rubella and oncomarkers;
- three smears from the genital tract from three points;
- a smear from a cervical channel by a method PTSR on such infections: chlamydias, a ureaplasma, a mycoplasma, gardnerello, a cytomegalovirus, a gonorrhea, a herpes, a trichomoniasis, a candidiasis;
- also, conduct a study of the material from the cervical mucosa to atypical cells; microbiological examination of the smear on microorganisms, their sensitivity to antibiotics.
The results of these tests have a shelf life of 3 months.
From general clinical tests before IVF it is necessary to pass:
- general and biochemical blood test;
- general urine analysis;
- coagulogram.
The shelf life of these tests is 1 month.
From additional methods of examination you need to pass:
- cardiogram;
- Fluorography;
- consultation mammologist;
- consultation of the therapist.
What tests are needed before IVF for a man?
To perform in vitro fertilization, a man needs to make a spermogram (determination of sperm motility, determination of the number of leukocytes, antibodies against spermatozoa, PCR diagnosis of sexual infections, examination of a smear from the urethra). Analyzes before IVF for men include the level of hormones in the morning on an empty stomach: FSH, LH, TTG, SSSG, prolactin, testosterone, as well as biochemical blood test (AST, ALT, bilirubin, creatinine, urea, glucose).
