Let's figure out how to make wine from strawberries. So, we take fresh strawberry berries, thoroughly rinse them. In advance, sterilize the jar with a standard small neck, then fill it with half a volume of strawberries and add sugar. Fill all the boiled water below the edge of the can, where it is 5 cm. Close the container with a special lid for the wine tasting and pour the rest of the water into the hole in the lid. When the liquid starts to boil, then you have done everything right and the fermentation process has gone, that is, the wine "started to play". We put the jar in the sun. Somewhere in 20 days, when the wine stops bubbling and becomes light, open the lid and strain the drink through a sieve. Add 1 glass of sugar and close the wine tightly with a lid. After 2 weeks it stops playing and becomes lighter. Once again, filter without mixing the precipitate, and fix the drink at the rate of 2 tablespoons of vodka per half liter of wine. Another simple way how to make wine from strawberries. At berries we delete stems, we spread them in deep utensils, some times we wash out, we dry with a paper towel. Then, the berries are crushed in a blender, or grinded with sugar through a sieve.

We shift the mass into a large container, best with a wide neck, pour hot boiled water and leave in a warm place. After 5 days, we remove the froth from the fermented strawberries. The liquid is filtered through a fine sieve or paper filters. In the filtered wine pour carefully vodka, shake well, pour on clean bottles and put in a cold place. After about 2 days, the wine is completely ready for use.
