Vumbilding - exercises at home

Mentally imagine a vagina composed of three parts. It is best to train the lower part, the muscles of which cover the entrance to the vagina, so they will work the easiest. And the hardest part is to train the third department of the vagina where the cervix is ​​located.

Enter the ball in the vagina, strain the muscles of the first department. Deeply inhale, shorten the muscles of the second department, clutching the ball. Now learn to move the ball up and down and left to right. Try to shorten and relax the muscles with different strengths, at different tempos. Then go to the third department - push them a ball, interfering with the muscles of the lower part.

Train first time every day, always alternating compression with relaxation. When you get comfortable with lightweight simulators, go to the small metal balls. You can train with two balls at once, as if pushing them against each other.

As mentioned above, it is better to do vumbuilding with vaginal balls, but if this is not acceptable for you, start with the following exercises.

  1. Stand upright, place your feet on the width of your shoulders and bend slightly in your lap, put your hands behind your head. On the inspiration, strain the sphincter, squat, exhale and relax the muscles. This exercise should be done 4 minutes.
  2. Lying on your back, bend your knees, place your feet on the width of your shoulders. For 3 minutes, raise and lower the pelvis. Do this exercise on an account or under rhythmic music.
  3. Remain in the same position, lift the pelvis and strain the muscles of the buttocks, thighs and sphincter. Hold in this position for one or two minutes, then relax and rest for 30 seconds. Repeat the exercise 5 more times. To complicate the exercise, you can do it by putting your feet together.
