How to paste vinyl wallpaper on paper basis?

Despite the fact that these wallpapers are thick enough, thick and can cover some of the disadvantages of the walls, all the same you need to take care of bringing the wall surface in order before working with the wallpaper. So, if there are old wallpaper, they must be removed, fresh walls should be primed with special compounds. Before gluing vinyl wallpaper, it is necessary to level the surface of the wall and fill in large cracks and unnecessary openings.
