Cowberry - a tasty and useful red berry, obtained from a bush of the heather family. Phytotherapy recommends the use of fruit of cowberry with increased blood pressure, avitaminosis, neuroses, tuberculosis, stomach catarrh with insufficient acidity, anemia in pregnant women, kidney stone disease, rheumatism, to improve vision. Cowberry berries are also effective as a vitamin, bactericidal, antiseptic, laxative, diuretic, anthelmintic and choleretic.

Decoction of berries cranberries quenches thirst well. Infusions of cranberry leaves help with diabetes, kidney disease, rheumatism and gout (the substances contained in the leaves of cranberries contribute to the softening and elimination of salts and stones from the body).
