Before preparing a strawberry liqueur, we sort out the berry, rinse, tear off the cuttings, dry it and pour it into the bottle. Fill with cognac and hold for about 2 weeks in the sun. Then the infusion is filtered and mixed with the syrup: dissolve the sugar in filtered water and boil until all the crystals have dissolved completely. The resulting liquor is thoroughly stirred, filtered and bottled.

So, we sort out the berries, wash them, dip them with a towel and lay them in a jar. Fill with diluted alcohol and insist drink 15 days. Next, strain the liquid, and squeeze the strawberries through the cheesecloth. The resulting berry mixture is combined with a syrup made from white wine and sugar. Then we strain the liqueur and pour it on beautiful bottles.

Berries are washed, we remove the leaves and cut into two parts. Pour the prepared strawberries into a clean jar and fill with water. Lime is cleaned, squeezed out the fruit juice and add it to the rest of the ingredients. We remove the container for 10 days in a sunny place, and then filter the resulting brag, without squeezing the berries. Tincture is poured into a bottle, and the strawberries are covered with sugar, mixed and put aside for a day in a darkened place. The next day, pour water to the strawberry, shake it and pour the liquid into the tincture. We remove the liquor in a dark place for another 5 days, and then filter the finished drink and serve it in a chilled form.
