Patients suffering from severe pain manifestations may not always be able to choose a medicine and are in search, than to treat spurs on the heel. To help in this case, injections of steroids (Diprosan, Kenalog), made in the heel joint, can be used. The procedure is carried out by a specialist surgeon, who determines the dose and the exact place for the injection. A total of 2-3 injections. Although the injections are rather painful, the result of the procedure is noticeable: patients, if they follow the doctor's instructions, forget about the pain from the spur for a long time.
