The socio-psychological climate in the family and other community describes the nature of the relationship between people, and also indicates a dominant mood . Different conditions allow the group to either function successfully, or its members feel uncomfortable.

The signs of a favorable socio-psychological climate are the following: the existence of trust, support, attention, confidence, open communication, professional and intellectual growth, etc. The fact that the team's unfavorable climate will be evidenced by such signs: the presence of tension, insecurity, misunderstanding, hostility and other negative things.

Factors affecting the socio-psychological climate:

  1. Global macro environment. This category includes the stable economic, political and psychological situation of the whole society.
  2. Physical microclimate, as well as sanitary and hygienic working conditions. This factor is affected by the size and structure of the organization, as well as the conditions in which a person constantly works, that is, what kind of illumination, temperature, noise, etc.
  3. Satisfaction with work. To a greater extent, the socio-psychological climate is affected by the fact whether a person likes his work , can he be realized and develop in his office. When you like working conditions, wages and other factors, the general atmosphere in the team also improves.
  4. Nature of the activity. Indirect factors are the monotony of work, the level of responsibility, the presence of risk, the emotional component, etc.
  5. Psychological compatibility. This factor takes into account whether people are suitable for joint activities and whether they can establish relationships.

An indirect factor that influences the socio-psychological climate is the style of leadership, that is, it is democratic, authoritarian or conniving.
