Sandy immortelle (other names - dried flowers, sandy cumin, golden sandy, cat's feet, etc.) - a perennial herb, which has medicinal properties. The plant has a straight stem with white-frontal pubescence up to 35 cm high, felt-pubescent leaves, a short, woody rhizome.
Blooms herb immortelle sandy in June and August with small tubular yellow flowers collected in baskets. It is the inflorescence of the plant that is the medicinal raw material.
There is a sandy immortelle on dry sandy, sandy loamy and stony soils, solonchaks, on hillsides, in fields, in light forests, in steppes and semi-deserts, and chalk outcrops. The distribution area is the middle belt of the European part of Russia, Western Siberia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.
