Manna porridge with blueberries for breakfast
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons semolina groats;

Preparation

Ingredients:
- 70 g of beef tenderloin;
- a small piece of pumpkin;
- 1 medium potato;

- 1 tsp unrefined olive oil.
Preparation
Vegetables clean, wash, put in a saucepan, place there also pre-cooked meat for 2-2.5 hours (it is convenient to cook it the night before). Pour water and cook under the lid until the vegetables are ready. You can add a few crystals of salt. Then drain excess water (the amount of liquid depends on the baby's preferences) and grind in a blender to a mashed state. Allow to cool slightly and add olive oil.
Cottage cheese with pear for dinner
Ingredients:

- 80-100 g of cottage cheese.
Preparation
Wash the pear, cleanse, cut into small pieces and, together with cottage cheese (home or special children's), punch in the blender.
