Salad with cabbage and shrimps

Salad with Pekinese cabbage, shrimps and pomegranate

So, Peking cabbage is washed, dried and finely shredded. We clean the pomegranate and disassemble the grains. Crab sticks in advance take out from the freezer and leave at room temperature to defrost, and then remove them from the film and cut into small cubes. With pineapples drain the liquid and grind it.

Shrimp suitable for this salad is small. We throw them into boiling water and after repeated boiling we cook for 2-3 minutes. Then we throw it back to the colander and wait until they cool. After that, we clean them from the shell and put them in a salad bowl. When all the necessary ingredients are ready, combine them, season with mayonnaise, lightly salted salad with shrimps and Peking cabbage and mix well.

Chinese cabbage washed, dried and shredded thin straws. Shrimp pre-boil, cool, clean and add to them diced pineapple. Now we shift everything into a deep salad bowl. Honey is mixed with lemon juice and yoghurt.

Ready sauce is added to the salad with prawns and Chinese cabbage just before use and mix. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with sunflower seeds, previously fried in a pan without the addition of oil.

Prawns are boiled in advance in salted water and cleaned of shell. Boiled hard-boiled eggs are cleaned, crushed and poured into a bowl with ready-made shrimps. From the avocado, remove the stone and peel. We cut the pulp in small cubes and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the avocado to the salad bowl, throw the same thinly chopped Peking cabbage. Now go to the gas station - sugar mixed with a pinch of salt, add the remaining lemon juice, butter and whisk thoroughly. We fill this mixture with our salad, mix it and sprinkle it with crushed cedar nuts.

Salad with sea kale with shrimps

Shrimp put into a saucepan, pour steep boiling water, cover with a lid and leave it for exactly 5 minutes. Then we throw them in a colander, cool and clean. Canned sea kale put into a sieve, a little washed and lightly squeezed. Eggs boil, cool, clean and cut into cubes. The bulb is shredded in half rings, and the celery stems are washed, dried and crushed with rings. After that, combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, fill with olive oil and mix.
