Simple melon jam

Cut the melon, clean out the seeds we do not need, and then cut the dense skin with a thin layer. The melon pulp obtained in this way is crushed with a knife into 3 centimetric cubes and we evenly spread them into a suitable bowl. We fall asleep all the melon with fine sugar and set it aside for 6-7 hours, not forgetting to cover the cup with a suitable lid. Next, melon, a good let the juice, put on the stove. We introduce here a whole lemon scrolled through a fine sieve and cook a melon in sugar syrup with pleasant sourness for 10 minutes, occasionally mixing it with a spatula. Again, we set aside jam for 6-7 hours in a cool place. Then we move it to the included cooking plate of the plate, add fragrant vanilla sugar and again cook the jam for 10 minutes. We repeat the procedure with cooling and cooking for the third time, then we pour it and seal it sealed in sterile , glass jars.

Curd cake with melon

We move low-fat, store curd into a small bowl, introduce into it a fresh yolk of a large chicken egg and 100 grams of fine granulated sugar. Peeled from the thick, yellow peel and internal seeds of melon pulp, cut into centimetric cubes. We put the melon in a bowl and mix all its contents.

In one bowl we separate the yolks and rub it with a spoon and a half of the remaining sugar, and in the other we empty the proteins, which we put in the fridge for 8-10 minutes. Then, whisk the already cooled proteins with a handful of whiskey with the remaining sugar until white foam forms. We move the yolks into this foam and mix everything with a silicone spatula. Pour in the right amount of flour, vanillin and mix thoroughly again.

We lubricate any fat form and evenly put in it half the test. Next, place the filling on it and close it with the rest of the biscuit dough. We send the cake to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for half an hour.

Pies with melon

In a warm, fresh milk, pour the right amount of dry yeast and set this bowl aside for 8-10 minutes. Separated from the shell eggs with a whisk beat up with fine granulated sugar, from which we pre-select 2-3 spoons for the filling. In the milk that has risen with the cap, pour in the well-beaten eggs melted in the microwave margarine, add the vanilla and sprinkle the wheat flour with good quality. With the help of hands we knead yeast dough and put it in the warmest place for 20-25 minutes. Then we knead it well and set it at the same time for ascent to heat. After repeating the process of kneading and, having formed a thick sausage from the dough, cut it into flat cakes. In the center of each such flat cake we impose a couple of teaspoons of finely chopped melon pulp, sprinkle it a little with sugar and tear the edges of the dough. Pile a little flattened palms and put on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment. We put everything in the center of the oven and bake incomparable pies for 20 minutes at 195 degrees.
