Cottage cheese crushed with a fork, add finely chopped or passed through the press garlic, crushed herbs, salt, pepper and mix well. Cut the tomatoes into circles.

Bombs need a brewed dough. To cook it, heat it to boiling water, pour in salt, sugar and pour in vegetable oil. Now, pouring a little sifted flour, start a soft dough and leave it for twenty or thirty minutes to brew.

At the end of the time, we divide the dough into two halves and do not very thinly roll both with a rolling pin. For one layer we put tomatoes on a distance and the curd mixture on top. Cover the second layer of dough. A glass or a cup, the size of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the tomato rings, cut out the patties and, if necessary, press a little with the fingers of their edges.

We place the products on an oiled baking sheet, grease the top with beaten egg and determine in preheated to 185 degrees oven before browning.

To cook the dough, preheat the boiled water to boiling, dissolve salt and sugar in it, pour in the vegetable oil and pour the sifted flour. We start a soft dough and leave for thirty minutes.

For the filling we need a boiled baby sausage or any smoked, the main thing is that the diameter of its chopped rings was about the same with the tomato mugs. So, cut the sausage and washed the dry tomatoes with mugs, let the cheese through the grater and mix with the chopped greens.

The present dough is divided into two equal parts and rolled them out not too thinly. On one of the layers we spread a tomato mug at some distance, top with cheese and greens and finish with pieces of sausage. We cover everything with the second rolled out layer and cut out our patties with a glass.

We hold the bombs in hot oil until red and take out on a paper towel to get rid of the remains of fat.
