Pasta with shrimps - a dish originally Italian, not only in connection with its origin, but also thanks to the warm and summer atmosphere of the home Italian cuisine that surrounds it.

The real Italian pasta with shrimps must necessarily be prepared al dente, that is, so as to be dense, but not rigid inside - this is the most important rule. Also, a good pasta is necessarily complemented by a delicious sauce of fresh vegetables, milk or cream and shrimp, the latter, by the way, it is recommended to buy in a shell and clean immediately before cooking.

Chop onion and fry until golden, 30 seconds before the end of the frying, add chopped garlic. Now it's time to pour a little dry white wine into the frying pan, add the spices and leave for about 1 minute. For a minute we clean the tomatoes from the skin by blanching them (cut the skin with a cross and pour it with boiling water) and cut it arbitrarily into large pieces.

Posted in the frying pan, tomatoes should be fried for 5-7 minutes under the lid, and then you can safely add seafood: the first go the mussels - they will need about 3 minutes to lightly grasp. After 3 minutes, we lay the shrimp for another 3 minutes. During the extinguishing of seafood pasta has already managed to cook to the required hardness, and all that is left is to combine it with the sauce.

Pasta boil in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. In deep thick-walled vessels we fry the shrimps and garlic, not forgetting to add spices, everything for everything - 3 minutes. Now we cut the shrimps into a separate bowl, and in the frying pan send the shredded tomatoes and greens, it's all stewed, stirring for 2 minutes. Add the wine and cream, bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and wait until the mass thickens (8-10 minutes). In the ready hot sauce fall asleep "Parmesan", the prepared paste and mix thoroughly.

Creamy pasta with shrimps before serving is sprinkled with an extra portion of "Parmesan" and greens.

Before preparing the pasta with shrimps, the seafood itself must be marinated in olive oil with garlic, spices and rye, and then put in the oven baked until pink. In a frying pan warm up the olive oil, fry the onion until golden, then add garlic and crushed tomatoes, let the mixture thicken for 7-10 minutes, meanwhile cook the paste.

When the sauce is ready - it only remains to add "Fetu", mix it thoroughly with pasta and put it over the finished prawn dish. Bon Appetit!
