We rinse the pan with cold water, pour the milk and put it on the stove. When the milk begins to boil (rise), pour flakes. Stirring, cook gruel for a few minutes on a slow fire. After 3-6 minutes (depending on the type of flakes) we turn off the gas, but we do not remove it from the plate. Cover the lid and let the porridge walk for about 10 minutes. Add the berries (fresh rinse, let drain water, frozen pre-defrost, for example, in a microwave oven, canned we just take out of the jar) and honey. Useful for the body breakfast is ready.

If there is time, you can make pancakes or pancakes made from oatmeal. The difference will be in the density of the dough: for pancakes, the dough is more liquid.

It is better to use a blender to make a dough. We fall asleep in a bowl of oatmeal, pour in milk and mineral water, 2 tbsp. spoons of oil (always without a smell), drive an egg, salt and mix until homogeneous.
