We all know that it consists of layers of pancakes , cooked on the basis of the liver and smeared with a mixture of mayonnaise and vegetable fried. We suggest starting with a simple pechora recipe - a lush pie from the liver, which is prepared in a mixture with rice and does not require any other additions. Such a pie is simply cut into pieces and served with vegetables and sauce separately.

Before preparing a liver pie for this recipe, take care of the preparation of the liver itself. Clean product from films and ducts, rinse well and pass through a meat grinder. Rice boil and chill, then rub the soft rump with egg yolks. Spare the onion and add it to the liver mass together with rice and chopped garlic. Separate egg whites into a thick foam and gently add them to the mixture. Distribute the dough in an oily form and put in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.

Slices of bread fill with cream and leave them soaked while preparing the remaining ingredients. After washing and drying the liver, purge it in any convenient way. To the liver mince add yolks, chopped garlic and parsley. Add the soaked bread to the resulting mixture and beat well together. Whisk the remaining egg whites until firm peaks and gently mix with liver mass, so as not to "knock out" excess air. Select the desired form and sprinkle with flour. Pour the hepatic mixture and put everything to bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees, pre-placing the pie shape in a water-filled baking sheet.
