Convenient and ergonomic folding beds could be raised to the wall during the day and decomposed at night, thereby saving the treasured square meters during periods of daytime activity. Lifting double bed with own hands
First of all, it is necessary to build a bed base, roughly speaking, a box that will be attached to the wall, and in which the sleeper will be mounted. The panels for the bed base are made to order, in accordance with the dimensions of the orthopedic bed base. The height of the box is determined by the height of the mattress.

Itself the lifting mechanism of the bed with their own hands can not be done, but it can be bought on the Internet or specialized furniture stores. The mechanism is first attached to the second half of our design, on which the orthopedic base of the bed will be directly located. In fact, this is the same "box" that we attached to the wall, only smaller and its upper part is slightly wider than the others - it will be the foot of our bed, which means it should fit snugly to the floor.
The angles with which the mechanism is connected are also further strengthened with corners of metal - they will have all the main load.
We fix the skeleton of the bed to the base on the wall.
In the middle we strengthen the frame with a wooden beam, on which we put an orthopedic base with lamellas.
We fold the bed and install a decorative facade.
