Kish is lorin

Kish lauren is an extremely popular open pie in France (and in other countries). The tradition of cooking comes from Lorraine. In the classic version, kishloren is cooked with bacon, although other varieties of fillings have spread over time. Filling can vary from meat, mushroom and fish to light vegetable, fruit, or from a mixture of greens. The basis of this pie is made from short-pastry (and sometimes - from puff pastry).

Classic recipe

We stir in a bowl of flour, egg, salt and pieces of softened butter. Gradually adding necessarily ice water, knead the dough. Let's mix it to homogeneity and leave it in a cool place (in the refrigerator, but not in the freezer compartment). Bacon cut into small cubes or short straws and fry until a beautiful shade. We'll grab the cream, carefully add the eggs, add salt and pepper. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and lay it in a small shape (the edges of the dough should be just above the rims of the mold). We knit the dough with a fork in several places, cover with parchment paper or foil and fill with a load (for example, peas). We will bake the base in a preheated oven to 200-220ºС for 10-15 minutes. We remove the paper with the load and return the form to the oven for another 4 minutes. On the basis of the pie, let's lay evenly pieces of fried bacon. From above all we will fill with whipped creamy-egg mixture. Place the dish in the oven and bake the louse bowl at a temperature of 180-190ºС for 30 minutes. The cake should turn rosy and appetizing. It is good to serve kishas loren to a table with a green salad. Sometimes they cook kohl lauren with onions and bacon - so it's also delicious. Of course, the onion must be cleaned, chop finely, save on oil and mix with bits of bacon. This filling for kish is also good.

Fish kish

You can cook kish lauren with fish. To do this, use a variety of fish. It seems that the kish of lauren with salmon will be very appropriate on a Sunday or festive table. Such an exquisite pie, definitely, like your home and guests.

We prepare the short pastry, as indicated in the previous recipe and place it on the cold. Fillet of salmon is cut into small cubes or short straws. Also chop the washed and dried mushrooms, sprinkle with lemon juice, so as not to darken. Spaszeruem mushrooms in oil in a frying pan and slightly protushim (you can with chopped onion). Lightly cool and mix with pieces of fish. Lubricate the shape of butter. We roll the dough into a not too thin sheet and stretch it so that the edges protrude beyond the sides. Bake cakes in the oven as indicated in the previous recipe and lay out the top filling. We'll shoot eggs with cream, a pinch of salt and pepper, add a spoonful of cognac. Evenly fill the bowl with this fill. Bake in a preheated oven to an average temperature for 25-30 minutes. We serve the table hot.

Kish with poultry meat

You can cook kish with licken with chicken or turkey. In this version, instead of fish fillet, we take boiled chicken or turkey fillet, it can be combined with onion-mushroom passerie and boiled broccoli. Instead of cream you can use sour cream. If 5 minutes before the readiness to sprinkle kish lauren with grated hard cheese, it will be even tastier.
