The most famous and famous product of the KEO plant is the ancient Kommandaria wine, which belongs to the elite category and is recognized as the "Apostle of all wines". His story goes back to the era of the Crusades, when in 1210 Cyprus founded the command post of the Order of Hospitallers. The wine appeared there under the name "Nama", and later acquired a modern name. "Commando" is made from white grapes, which is called xynisteri. It is dried in the sun, which makes the wine sweet. Nowadays it is widely used in religious rituals, in particular, at the liturgy for the sacrament.
