We bring to your attention a master class of crafts made of paper in the form of a turtle. Such an unusual forgery is very easy to make from a normal album sheet format A4. And to make the turtle look more beautiful, you can use the standard colored sheets for origami.
So, let's start:
- Bend a sheet of paper in half, forming a rectangle.
- Turn the paper upside down and position the bend vertically.
- Fold the top two corners against the central fold, forming a triangle at the top of the sheet.
- Turn over the paper, keeping the triangle at the top.
- Bend the left side of the triangle to the middle fold, as if making a paper airplane. Repeat with the right edge, aligning the two corners side by side.
- Fold the lower corners inward to make the bottom edge flat.
- Pivot the upper acute angle toward yourself downwards.
- Gently bend the first layer of the previous fold with your finger, forming a diamond as shown in the picture.
- The two remaining lower edges again bend to the center.
- Extreme corners, just bent edges, turn outward to the bottom, making, thus, our application turtle legs.
- Turn over the origami paper from the tortoise to see it in its finished form. The back should resemble the shape of a diamond. You can slightly bend the central crease to make the fake look more real.
