Feeding the baby in 1.5 years

Feeding a child in 1,5 years differs from feeding a child to 1 year in that a baby has one and a half years of teeth and has a more perfect gastrointestinal tract, so he can already give food not so much chopped. And although the baby has got more teeth for a year and a half and more teeth, he can be lazy to chew on bits, since he was accustomed to eating the frayed food. Whatever happens, try to give the child food with small pieces every year, so he will soon get used to "rough" food. But if the baby is sick, his teeth are cut, and he agrees to eat only the wiped food - it's not scary. You can vary the diet of the baby, preparing different dishes from the same foods (do not expand the product range too sharply so that the child does not have an allergy or digestive disorders).

Feeding mode after 1 year

Up to one and a half years the baby is fed 5 times a day. If the child begins to refuse from 5 feeding, then you can transfer it to four meals a day. A kid 1-1,5 years old should get a day to 1200 grams of food, about 240-250 g per one feeding. Gradually, the child must be weaned from the nipple, so that later he does not have difficulty with chewing food. The main products in the menu are sour-milk. Milk, yogurt, kefir give the child every day, and cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream - every other day. Cottage cheese can be given in the form of a casserole, add fruit to it. On the day, up to 50 g of yogurt and 200 ml of yogurt (yogurt or yogurt) are recommended.

Vegetable purees are prepared from various vegetables: potatoes, carrots, cabbage, beets, the norm is up to 150 g of potatoes and 200 g of other vegetables. Meat (lean beef, veal, chicken) in the form of meatballs, steam cutlets, soufflé and pâté give the baby every day. And for the liver and fish it is recommended to allocate only one meal a week.

Porridges occupy an important place in the baby's menu - their norm is up to 200 g per day. Add vegetables (pumpkin, carrots), fruit, meat or cottage cheese. Instead of porridge, sometimes give a pasta.

The eggs are hard boiled and use half the yolk, adding it to the vegetable puree. You can also give creamy (up to 15 g) and sunflower oil (5 ml), wheat bread (40-60 g), biscuits (1-2). Important in the menu are fruits and berries, both fresh and compotes, jelly (110-130 g).

Feeding a child in a year and a half

The child should receive 4 meals a year and a half and gradually need to do so that the most satisfying is lunch - 30% of the caloric content of the entire diet, breakfast and dinner - 25%, afternoon snack - 15-20%. It is good for breakfast and dinner to give vegetable dishes, cereals or cottage cheese. For lunch, cook two meals. Soup on the water (meat broth is not yet to be introduced into the diet of crumbs), on the second give the baby fish or meat with vegetables, or cottage cheese. Suggest a salad of grated vegetables.

Feeding a child under 2 years must be correct and balanced, which will allow your child to quickly get used to more adult food and receive all the necessary nutrients. The main condition is that all the products should be cooked for a couple or bake in the oven. And yet, these are only recommendations, since the kids by this age usually already have their favorite dishes and every mother knows what. But, often children want to eat only sweet in this situation, the mother should diversify the child's menu and accustom it to a healthy diet.
