And if you want to turn your laptop into a router to distribute the Internet for other mobile devices like smartphones and tablets, you need the VirtualRouter Plus software - simple, small and easily configurable.
After downloading the program, you need to launch it (unzip and open the VirtualRouter Plus.exe file). In the window that opens, you need to fill in three fields:
- Network Name (SSID) - here you need to enter the name of the wireless network;
- Passwórd is the password that you will use to connect to the network (8 or more characters in English);
- Shared Connection - here we choose the connection from which the Internet will be distributed.
After that, press the button of the Virtual Route Plus. That the window did not interfere, it can be minimized, and it will hide in the notification panel to the right of the bottom of the screen.
Now on the phone or tablet we find the network with the given name, enter the password and click "Connect". Then there is something to adjust before you start using the Internet.
In the laptop, you need to open the VirtualRouter Plus program and click the Story Virtuall Route Plus button. Then, on the connection status, right-click and select "Network and Sharing Center".
Put the birds near the lines "Allow other users of the network to use the Internet connection of this computer" and "Allow other users of the network to manage sharing access to the Internet." In the "Home network connection" field, select the "Wireless connection 2" or "Wireless connection 3" adapter.
After that, in the program Virtual Router Plus again connect the network, and the phone or tablet should automatically connect to the network.
