Hot water bottle on the kettle

If you want to keep the tea hot for a longer time, then it is necessary to tie the heating pad to your kettle. It will not only be a functional product, but also an ornamental one, so it is recommended that you select the thread for its execution in the color of your kitchen .

Master class (MK) - knit crocheted hot water bottle on the kettle

It will take:

Progress:

  1. We measure first the height and width of our teapot. Measure only the basic round part, without taking into account the spout and handle.
  2. We take lilac yarn and dial a chain of loops so that its size corresponds to the height of the brewer. After that, it performs one row of columns without a crochet. The second row should be knit, alternating between the columns with the crochet and without the crochet. As a result, we should get such a strip.
  3. Then change the color and tie it again 2 rows. After that, the yarn is changed again. We do this until we have a rectangle whose width is equal to the width of the teapot.
  4. On the upper side we tie off the pink thread with columns without crochets, and on the other hand we fix the protruding ends of the thread and cut off the excess.
  5. Repeating items number 2-4, we perform one more cloth. Both parts are tied or stitched together on each side, leaving a hole for the spout and knobs.
  6. In the same technique as we did strips for the main cloth, we sew 10-15 cm. From the side where the handle is located, we sew to one loop, and to the other - a button. They must be positioned so that they are under the kettle holder.
  7. We insert a double white yarn into the needle and sew the upper part of the workpiece with the seam "forward with a needle". Pulling the ends of the thread, pull the top.
  8. We tie the bottom with small ruffles.
  9. This tip is not very beautiful, so you should decorate it.

In our case we will use 3 pions, which we will associate separately. This is done like this:

  1. First we type 6 loops, then we make a sliding ring.
  2. We send 15 columns without a crochet.
  3. The second and third rows are tied in this way: we make 2 air loops, and from each of them then we untype three pillars with double cuffs.
  4. The fourth and fifth rows are similarly tied, only we perform 3 air loops.
  5. The flowers are then sewn at the top and our hot-water bottle for the teapot is ready.
