Our health depends on what kind of food we eat. With this fact it is simply useless to argue. Qualitative (and suitable!) Food can make us more beautiful, healthier, smarter, substandard will lead to the opposite effect. True it is important to know that healthy food products are slightly different for women and men (and let us forgive feminists), just different sexes, we need to concentrate on different substances.
For women
Products for women's health should, above all, ensure the normal course of pregnancy, that is, be a favorable source for the development of female sex hormones.
For the reproductive system:
- red fish - contains omega-3 fatty acids, protects against cancer, Alzheimer's disease, depression, miscarriages, and also from cardiovascular diseases;
- broccoli - fights with excess estrogen, preventing breast cancer.
For beauty:
- Greek yogurt - product number 1 for health and beauty, increases immunity and acts prophylactically with irritable bowel syndrome;
- red beans - rich in antioxidants, protein and fiber, helps in burning fats;
- Avocado - lowers cholesterol and helps to get rid of fat in the abdomen.
For men
Products for men's health should meet one main criterion - to raise the level of testosterone. To promote the development of this hormone, low-fat meat, eggs, and beekeeping products. It is also useful for men to "miss a glass" of vodka, wine and cognac, but in moderation, otherwise the testosterone effect will be reversed.
There are several components of a healthy male diet:
- zinc - improves the quality of sperm, found in wheat bran, seafood, beef liver;
- phosphorus - increases potency, found in fish, whole milk, beef;
- vitamin E - protects against prostate cancer, is found in vegetable oils and green vegetables.
