If your child decided to appear on the matinee as a musketeer, then you can not do without a carnival costume. What elements does it consist of? First, the cloak-cloak, which depicts the symbol of the Musketeers - a large cross. On the sleeves, it can be decorated with lace. Secondly, pants. We will need:
- a piece of hard felt;
- a cut of satin;
- braid of golden color;
- adhesive tape;
- glue gun;
- pen.

- The first thing to do is measure the circumference of the baby's head. Then proceed to create a pattern of the musketeer hat. To do this, draw a circle on the cardboard, which corresponds to the circumference of the head in size. Then draw another circle, stepping back from the first centimeter of 10-15, which will match the width of the hat's fields. Transfer the pattern to the felt and cut out the part.
- To tighten the fields of the hat, attach the cut out piece, previously lubricated with glue on both sides, to the cut of the satin, from above cover another layer of fabric. Then iron with an iron so that the parts are well stuck together. Take care that there are no wrinkles. After that, cut the fabric around the contour, leaving one centimeter.
- Cut out a cardboard circle corresponding to the length of the circumference of the child's head, and tulle. Both patterns are transferred to felt and compacted with glue, satin and iron. Connect all three parts with glue or simply sewing them together.
- Hide the outer joints under the golden braid. For the same purpose, you can use a narrow lace. To ensure that the hat does not cause inconvenience to the child, it is necessary to process internal joints that can crush and rub. Use the adhesive tape to do this.
- On the bottom part of the crown, glue the golden braid, inserting a feather on the side of the hat. It should be long and lush. The brighter the feather, the more effective the musketeer hat will look. But that's not all! To add to the headdress even more similarity with the Musketeer hat, it is necessary to attach the field from one side to the tunica. Now a luxurious hat for your little musketeer is ready!
