Gunung Mulu


The Gunung Mulu National Park is one of the most impressive works of nature. It is located in the state of Sarawak. The park is very large and covers almost 530 square meters. km of primary rainforest.

  4. The bats. It is not surprising that the caves of Park Gunun Mulu are home to many species of these bats. Between 5 and 7 pm, if the weather is good, visitors can see black clouds of bats that fly out in search of food.
  5. Lang's Cave. It is located near the Deer Cave. This is the smallest of the caves. Here it is worth looking at rock formations. Spotlights illuminate stalactites and stalagmites. In the cave you can see its inhabitants: bats, salangan and cave snakes.
  6. The Pure Water Cave is the longest in Asia. Its length is about 107 km. A river flows along the grotto. There are two ways to get here. Firstly, you can walk 4 km along the trail, which will take about 1.5 hours. The second way is to sail on a boat. Cave of Pure water with an underground river is fascinating. Wooden walkways and floating bridges make traveling on it easy and enjoyable. You can take pictures, and after the inspection - go down the steps to the picnic area. Nearby is a swimming pool with crystal clear water, which flows from the cave of Pure Water. This is a great place to swim. Near the bank of the river you can see flocks of fairy butterflies.
  7. Cave of the Winds. It is so named because of the cool breezes, which can be felt in narrow areas. In fact, it is part of the Pure Water Cave. There are many impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
