The beauty and uniqueness of the mosque is the result of an architectural concept in the style of the Ottoman Empire in Turkey of the 16th century. The mosque is covered with several domes: a large main and three half-domes, not counting the minarets and 16 small domes. The diameter of the main dome is about 30 m with a height of 45 m above the floor of the main prayer hall.

The walls outside and inside are covered with carved wood and stone, decorated with exquisite stucco. Doors and windows are also carved. The interior of the mosque is decorated with lights, which at night very beautifully sparkle. On the stone gates and on the walls there is also a carving made by skilled artisans from India. Various kinds of precious stones are used, such as: black onyx, lapis lazuli, malachite, jasper, tiger's eye. They, in turn, are decorated with a trace.

educational activities are also held activities related to Islamic holidays, lectures, meetings and social events of Muslims. The area in front of the mosque has become a place that is actively visited by tourists.

The territory of the mosque is decorated with an artistic landscape, consisting of different types of trees. The garden and artificial ponds in interaction with each other create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for the visitors of the Vilayat Persecutuan mosque.
