First of all, such plants need to provide heat, humidity and good lighting. Given these factors, it is better to have pots in the eastern side of the apartment, do not allow a long-term shade of the plant. Soil is used such that is intended for the cultivation of vegetable crops. To avoid any infections, treat the soil with ordinary boiling water or a solution of potassium permanganate. Seeds of exotic houseplants should be stored in a cool, dark and low humidity.

Cultivation of any plant begins with the seed. Seeds of rare exotic plants you can find only in specialized stores, and if you decide to grow a fruit plant such as avocado or kiwi, then their seed can be obtained independently from the fruit bought in the store.

For cultivation, for example, avocados, it is first necessary to place its bone on a moist soil in a warm place for germination. When the roots and the sprout appear, drop the avocado bone into the prepared pot half in the ground. Then do not forget about timely watering and feeding.

And if you want to grow kiwi, then the seeds extracted from the fruit should be dried for a couple of days, and then thoroughly washed from the sticky pulp. Then again, dry them and drop them to a depth of 1 cm. When the shoots appear, strain them, leaving a maximum of two plants per pot with a diameter of 10 cm. During the growth period, the kiwi must be transplanted from time to time into a larger container. And do not forget about the support, since the kiwi is a liana.
