Diet of a nursing mother in the first month after the birth of a crumb should be painted by the day. So, during the first 3 days it is very important to drink a lot and often eat. As a drink, it is best to use sweet tea, syrups, compotes, as well as various herbal preparations that contribute to enhancing lactation. The total volume of liquid drunk should be 1-2 liters per day. If the birth was difficult and after them the woman had ruptures , then in the diet, you can also include chicken broth. The fact is that it contains a large amount of gluten, which contributes to the speedy tightening of wounds.
Already on the 4th day of the maternal postnatal diet with breastfeeding, you can inject porridge. The most useful are oats, buckwheat and wheat. They are prepared exclusively on the water. To the porridges, you can add vegetables, which are usually cooked for a couple or stew, but in no case do not fry. For the period of breastfeeding, mothers are generally forbidden to eat fried foods. Such vegetables as potatoes are best not to be consumed yet, because it contains a lot of starch.
In a week, when breastfeeding, a strict diet of the mother can include boiled fish and beef, but not more than 2 times a week. In addition, it is allowed to eat cheese, black bread and nuts (any except greek ones).
